Adding an FAQ section to your website is a simple way to provide users with answers to common questions and ease customer support. Here’s how to set up FAQs on your Resi website:

  1. Go to the FAQ Section

    Log into the Resi App and find the FAQs section for the property or page you want to update.

  2. Add a New FAQ

    Select Add Question, then enter both the question and answer.

  3. Assign Tags

    Tags help users filter questions by topic or category. Use relevant tags to make FAQs easier to navigate. Learn more about tags here.

  4. Sync and Refresh 

    Changes here will save automatically and the new FAQ will be live on your site once it syncs. If you need immediate changes you can manually press the 'sync and refresh' button on your site.
