How to add API Access for Entrata
Follow these steps to connect your Entrata account to Resi and enable API access.
1. Request API Access
Contact your Entrata account manager and request API access for your account.
Make sure they enable the following required endpoints (see full list below).
2. Add API User in Entrata

Log in to Entrata.

Go to the Apps tab.

Select API Access.

Click Add API User.

Search for “Resi” in the list of available apps.

Assign the properties and permissions you want to share.
3. Add Credentials in Resi
Once permissions are set in Entrata:

Locate the Property ID in Entrata.

Enter this information under the Entrata Integration in your Resi account.
- Alternatively, provide these details to your Resi account manager or support@getresi.com!
