# How to Change/Reset Resi App Password
### Steps to Reset Your Password
1. #### **Go to the Login Page:**
Open the Resi App login screen
2. #### **Click 'Forgot Password':**
Below the password field, click the **'Forgot Password'** link.
3. #### **Check Your Email:**
A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
If you don’t see the email, check your **spam** or **junk** folder.
4. #### **Follow the Reset Link:**
Open the email and click on the reset link.
Enter a new password and confirm it.

- #### **Admin Restrictions:** For security reasons, admins cannot reset passwords on your behalf.
- #### **If You Encounter Issues:** Contact an admin to delete and re-add your account. This will trigger a fresh setup email for you to reset your password.
