How to Create, Edit and Publish an Announcement in the Resi App

Creating and Publishing Announcements in Resi

Use announcements in the Resi App to inform your audience about key updates, specials and events. Follow these steps to create an announcement:

  1. Navigate to the Announcements Tab:

Go to the Announcements tab in the Resi App.

  2. Create New Announcement:

Click 'Create New Announcement' and add a title, message, and relevant images (images must be under 3MB).

  3. Schedule if Needed:

If you’d like to set a specific date, choose a scheduled time to align with your campaign.

  4. Important Note:
Only one announcement can be live at any time. To make changes, edit saved announcements or deactivate the current one as needed. If updates don't show right away, use the 'sync and refresh' button on the Resi dashboard.

For additional scheduling instructions, review our step-by-step guide on scheduling announcements.
