How to Enable Resi (MyCore Industries) in the RealPage Integration Marketplace
This guide walks you through the steps to enable Resi (MyCore Industries) in the RealPage Integration Marketplace. If you can't find MyCore, it may be listed under Vendor Requests or Management Integrations as "Pending." You can also send a Vendor Request if needed.
Step 1: Access the RealPage Integration Marketplace & Approve the Vendor Request

Log into RealPage.

Navigate to Integration Marketplace > Manage Integrations.

Search for MyCore.
(If MyCore isn’t listed, check under Vendor Requests or Management Integrations as “Pending.” You may also need to send a Vendor Request.)
Step 2: Locate MyCore Industries Tile

Click the heart icon to mark it as a favorite - this will make it appear under My Apps for easier access. 💜
Step 3: Initiate the Integration

Click on the MyCore tile.

Select "Integrate Now" to begin the setup process.
Step 4: Configure & Verify API Access

Confirm that the necessary permissions are enabled for a successful integration, such as:
- Enable the APIs on the properties you would like to provide access to.
- Click View APIs to select the APIs to enable on each property.
- Enable the Pricing and Availability ODE endpoints.
