Resi V2: How to Upload New Photos to the Media Gallery

Check first: Is the gallery you're updating a Global (Shared) gallery or a property-specific one? Adding images to a global gallery updates it across all attached properties. See Understanding Global vs. Property-Specific Content →

Navigate to your property → Media / Galleries.
Select the gallery you want to update.

💡 Gallery names follow a clear convention — e.g., "Full Gallery Global" (shared across all properties) vs. "Property Name Full Gallery" (property-specific). Check the name before uploading.
Click Upload Image.
Select your image file(s) from your computer.
Once uploaded, click on each new image and go to the Metadata tab.
Add Alt Text — describe what's in the image and include the property name.

Add any relevant Tags (e.g., "Amenities", "Exterior") by clicking the Tags tab.

⚠️ Copy tag names exactly from existing images. Tags are case-sensitive and free-form.
Click Save.
Click Clear Website Cache on the property.

The order images appear in your gallery on Resi is the order they display on the live website.

Gallery photos	1920 × 1080px (16:9 landscape)

Floor plan images	1200 × 900px or as provided by your photographer

Uploading to the wrong gallery — double-check whether you're in a global or property-specific gallery before uploading.
Skipping alt text — every new image should have alt text added before or immediately after uploading.
Inconsistent tag spelling — leads to duplicate filter buttons on the live gallery page.
Forgetting to reorder — new images upload to the end of the list by default. Move them into the correct position before clearing cache.

Problem	Solution
New images aren't showing on the live site	Did you Clear Website Cache? Wait 60–90 seconds and hard-refresh.
Images are in the wrong order on the site	Reorder in the gallery, save, and clear cache.
I uploaded to the wrong gallery	Remove the image from the incorrect gallery, re-upload to the correct one.
Image quality looks poor on the site	Try uploading a higher-resolution version. Minimum recommended width is 1920px for full-width sections.
