How to Change/Reset Resi App Password

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Login Page:

    Open the Resi App login screen

  2. Click 'Forgot Password':

    Below the password field, click the 'Forgot Password' link.

  3. Check Your Email:

    A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
    If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

  4. Follow the Reset Link:

    Open the email and click on the reset link.
    Enter a new password and confirm it.



Troubleshooting

  • Admin Restrictions:
    For security reasons, admins cannot reset passwords on your behalf.

  • If You Encounter Issues:
    Contact an admin to delete and re-add your account. This will trigger a fresh setup email for you to reset your password.
