# How to Create a Support Ticket from the Resi App
### Submitting a Support Ticket in the Resi App
Easily connect with our support team for website issues or troubleshooting:

Select **'Create Ticket'** in the [Resi App](https://app.getresi.com/). This will take you to our [Submit a Request Form](http://team.getresi.com/support).
2. #### **Describe the Issue**:
Provide details, add any relevant files or screenshots, and submit.
3. #### **Confirmation & Tracking**:
You’ll receive a confirmation email and can track progress directly in the Support Portal.
