How to Set Office Hours in the Resi App

Setting Office Hours in the Resi App

Ensure customers always know when you’re available by setting office hours in the Resi App:

  1. Sync with PMS:

    If you’re connected to a PMS like Yardi or Entrata, hours will sync automatically. For manual updates, simply enter your hours and select 'Save'.
  2. Manually Update Office Hours:

    In the Office Hours section, click 'Edit Hours' to update your schedule. (Settings > Office Hours, or see Step-By-Step Guide below) 

Use the Announcements tab to communicate holiday hours or closures. If changes aren’t visible immediately, click 'sync and refresh' to update. For further help, visit our announcement guide or contact support if needed.

  1. Do office hours sync with my PMS?

    Yes, they sync automatically with Yardi, RentCafe, or Entrata. For other systems, manual updates are required. See our PMS manual sync page tutorial for more information on how you can do a manual sync. If you have further issues, please contact support.

  2. Can I set different hours for holidays?

    Technically, yes, but you'd need to manually set them back after the holidays. For Holiday hours, we recommend you use the Announcements feature.

  3. How do I set hours for multiple locations?

    Set hours individually for each property in the Resi App.

  4. Office hours aren’t showing correctly—what should I do?

    Ensure hours are synced with your PMS, or use 'sync and refresh' in the dashboard. If issues continue, contact support.
