How to Integrate Google Analytics with the Resi Dashboard

If your Google Analytics data isn’t appearing in the Resi Dashboard, it’s likely because your Google Analytics account hasn’t been properly integrated. Follow the steps below to ensure your analytics are connected correctly.

Step 1: Navigate to the Google Analytics Integration

  • Log in to your Resi App Dashboard > Integrations > Select Google Analytics.

Step 2: Enter Your Google Analytics Property ID

  • In your Google Analytics account, find your Property ID by:
    • Navigating to Admin.
    • Under Property > Property Details, locate your Property ID (top right corner). 
  • Copy your Property ID.
  • Paste it into the designated field in the Resi App.
  • Click Save.

Step 3: Grant Access to Resi’s Service Account

In addition to adding your Property ID, you must grant Resi access to your Google Analytics account:

  • In Google Analytics, go to Admin.
  • Under Account Settings, select Account Access Management.
  • Click the + button to add a new user.
  • Enter our service account email: resi-service-account@resi-275002.iam.gserviceaccount.com
  • Assign Viewer (Read-Only) access.
  • Click Add to confirm.

Step 4: Confirm Integration

Once you've added your Property ID and granted access to our service account email, your analytics data should begin appearing in the Resi Dashboard within 24 hours. If data still isn’t showing, double-check that:

  • The correct Property ID was entered.
  • The Resi service account has been added with Read-Only access.
