How to Add a User in the Resi App

Adding a User to the Resi App

Follow these steps to easily add a new user and ensure they have the correct access:

ResiUsers

  1. Go to the Users Section

    Navigate to the Users section in the main menu.

  2. Add a New User

    Click on the Add User button.

  3. Fill in the User Details

    Enter the new user's required information (e.g., name, email).

  4. Set Access Level

    • Choose the appropriate access level:
      • Admin: Manage users and settings.
      • User: Access dashboards and update content, but cannot manage users.
      • User Lite: Limited to basic tasks like reporting and announcements.
  5. Assign to a Property

    Select the property or properties the user will have access to.
  6. Save the User

    Review the details and click Save to add the user.


 

Password Reset Instructions

If a user forgets their password, they can reset it themselves:
  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click the Forgot Password link.
  3. Follow the prompts to reset their password.
