# How to Add a User in the Resi App
### Adding a User to the Resi App
Follow these steps to easily add a new user and ensure they have the correct access:
1. #### **Go to the Users Section**
Navigate to the **Users** section in the main menu.
2. #### **Add a New User**
Click on the **Add User** button.
3. #### **Fill in the User Details**
Enter the new user's required information (e.g., name, email).
4. #### **Set Access Level**
- Choose the appropriate access level:
- **Admin:** Manage users and settings.
- **User:** Access dashboards and update content, but cannot manage users.
- **User Lite:** Limited to basic tasks like reporting and announcements.
5. #### **Assign to a Property**
Select the property or properties the user will have access to.
6. #### **Save the User**
Review the details and click **Save** to add the user.

If a user forgets their password, they can reset it themselves:
1. Go to the login page.
2. Click the **Forgot Password** link.
3. Follow the prompts to reset their password.
