Adding a User to the Resi App
Follow these steps to easily add a new user and ensure they have the correct access:

Go to the Users Section
Navigate to the Users section in the main menu. -
Add a New User
Click on the Add User button. -
Fill in the User Details
Enter the new user's required information (e.g., name, email). -
Set Access Level
- Choose the appropriate access level:
- Admin: Manage users and settings.
- User: Access dashboards and update content, but cannot manage users.
- User Lite: Limited to basic tasks like reporting and announcements.

Assign to a Property
Select the property or properties the user will have access to. -
Save the User
Review the details and click Save to add the user.

If a user forgets their password, they can reset it themselves:
- Go to the login page.
