Access the Media Gallery:
From your Property Dashboard, Navigate to the Media Gallery section.

Upload Images:
Click the 'Upload' button.
Select your images in PNG, JPG, or WEBP formats. -
Optimize for Performance:
Ensure each file is under 3MB for faster loading and smooth performance.
Reordering Photos

Use Drag-and-Drop:
Click and hold the photo you want to move.
Drag it to the desired position. -
Changes Save Automatically:
Your new photo order will save automatically.
Removing Photos

Locate the Photo:
In the Media Gallery, find the image you want to delete.

Delete the Photo:
Click the minus icon next to the photo. Changes save automatically.
Final Steps

Refresh for Updates:
If changes don’t appear immediately, refresh the Media Gallery or clear your cache.
Using Yardi RentCafe?
Please Note: If your property's PMS is Yardi RentCafe, these photos will sync from the PMS and manual changes made in the Resi App will be overwritten. In this case all photo gallery updates should be made in the PMS side only.
